A 34crooke.com reader sent me these images of the finished(?) roof deck - smaller than I imagined it would be...

Stop complain all the time - it seems great. I was there with my broker few hours ago for a walk through and it's really nice spot there. The view is OK, but overall we were happy.
the roof deck is fine-"petite" for sure, but who cares. the view is great and it'll be fun to put furniture up there. so far we've lived here for 2 weeks and LOOOVE our new place! our neighbors in the area are super sweet, we've been using the gym, and are actually finding this area to be calm and peaceful. we sometimes hear loud music during the day (and into the early evening) but we think it's awesome. (it never seems to be played too late at night.)
we formerly lived in Boerum Hill (Carrol Gardens/Cobble Hill)-one block from Smith St. where no one talks to anyone around them. people here are warm and will say hello and wish you well as you pass. we love it here and so do all of our friends who've visited! looking forward to having the rest of you guys move in!
We feel the same way. Its a really cool neighborhood. The roof does have great views of the Empire State Building, The Verrazano Bridge, and The Parade Grounds in the evening. Furniture is a must..
The gym is sweeeet. Use it everyday. We are closer to the front of the building so the music could be a bit louder but not too loud where we have to be annoyed about it. Its a lively block. Also, we finally took a stroll through the park and it was niceeeeee. I need a bike!
I love my apt. I kind of wish more people lived in the building so that it wouldnt feel so much like a ghost town at times. But hopefully, very soon we can all meet up and what not.
I am thinking of making an offer myself in the building. It is a beautiful building and the apartments are spacious. The gym does have few machines though, I hope we can get some more machines in there.
to the previous person thinking about making an offer-you should! it's a beautiful building and truly a nice area. i can't get over how peaceful it is here (and being so close to the park and the subway ROCKS!).
we also love how everything in our place is brand spankin NEW! and having a dishwasher plus washer/dryer is amazing-not gonna lie!
I am glad to see that you guys have closed and are happy with the building and the area. There is so much both North and South of your building to check out. You can start with the Victorian Flatbush House tour which is this Sunday and starts at 1:00 on Marlborough and Church. It would have been nice to have an apartment in your building on the tour. Maybe next year.
I love the way those slimy kids from Ore write their own positive reviews about their apartments. If only they even tried to change their writing style for once. Good luck to anyone dealing with them...at least your lawyer will be happy.

Stop looking and finally get it.

Where are all the negative responses?
We are over the negative comments obviously.
