Like a broken record I ask - TCO soon? NO. Despite what the sellers keep saying ("Everything is done! All the inspections are done! blah blah blah...") Several items are waiting to be signed off including: sprinklers, standpipe, plumbing, CO2 detectors and smoke detectors among other things. Check the list HERE. Will a TCO be issued by Easter? I doubt it but we'll see...
