More sales are showing up on StreetEasy.com so closings are happening slowly but surely. People have been living in the building for a while now and everyone I've spoken to is very happy and enjoying their new home - hopefully, soon we will be too.
The Corcoran website still shows 7 apartment available but no open house is scheduled this weekend as far as I can see...
Since interest rates are starting to creep back up again and the first time homebuyer tax credit will end after this year I'm surprised more people aren't buying.
